The owner of Kiss & Makeup, Alexa, attended Portland Beauty School for Esthetics and immediately got licensed. Once licensed, Alexa freelanced for a short time and thought about expanding her esthetics/ makeup journey to Seattle though her love for Spokane kept her local.

The Zonky Jazz Band is a wedding band in Spokane, Washington, that can provide a cool 1920s to 1940s vibe to your wedding celebration. Bringing an uptempo performance to all its shows, this band will have your guests up on their feet all night long – they’ve been doing it since 2007 after all.

We built this website from an experienced vendor perspective, for both engaged couples and wedding professionals. This package includes design support only. Over the course of our 5 design meetings together, we’ll go over all of the details together to make your wedding venue just what you imagined for your special day.

Wedding Coordination

Do you enjoy the planning process, but want help on your wedding day to make sure everything runs exactly as intended? With this package, we team up with you one month prior to your wedding to go over all your details, timeline, vendors and more to make sure all details are ready to go for your big day. That month, we coordinate with your vendors and arrive on your wedding day ready to manage and coordinate all the moving parts. You’ll no longer have to stress about your timeline or worry about your special details falling through the cracks and really get to celebrate your special day with all your friends and family

I officiate at weddings for people of various inter-faith and non faith traditions,

as well as perform vow renewal, elopements, and LGBT weddings.

There are ceremonies I have created over the years. 

These can also be used to design a personal wedding ceremony just for you.

A little bit about me- I am a mom and grandma to 2 sweet girls.

By trade I am a manicurist, following close are writer, artist,

novice photographer  and of course-wedding officiant.

I started officiating weddings in 2001. In backyards, at a playground,

a vintage beach house and atop a hill, being a part of and helping

couples commit to each other. It has been a gift to be able to do this.
