Journey Travel & Tours is the premier corporate and leisure travel agency in the Wenatchee Valley. Opened in 1999 as Cascade Travel of Wenatchee in the basement of a house, the agency, under a new name and Sandy Mathews’s ownership, relocated to an antique house-turned-office space in Mission Square, and then eventually to our current location at 212 N. Chelan, Wenatchee. Sandy has owned an agency since 1991 and has seen many changes take place in the industry during that time. Although many of these changes have negatively impacted travel agencies, Sandy has always remained optimistic about the future of agencies that are committed to serving their clients.

“We are committed to giving our clients excellent service that they cannot receive over the internet or even at other agencies,” Sandy notes. “We deliver tickets to our corporate clients and are willing to drive or hand-deliver them to clients all over the valley who cannot come to Wenatchee to pick them up. In addition to offering superior service, we are committed to finding the lowest fares available for our clients within the parameters that their schedules dictate.
